Foods for Concentration Improvement: Certain types of foods that help in improving concentration levels are whole grains such as brown rice, brown wholemeal bread, etc. These are certainly better than the white equivalent. Carbohydrates are needed for mental functioning and are the most efficient basis for production of energy.

Other foods beneficial for overall well functioning of the brain: fruits, tomatoes, coffee (not in excess), blueberries, pumpkin seeds, anything which contains omega3, etc.
